Revisions Policy:

AlienMonkey LLC provides complimentary in-scope revisions for 7 days following the launch of your website. In-scope revisions include adjustments and modifications to the design, layout, and functionality that were originally outlined in the project agreement. Any additional revisions or changes requested beyond this period may be subject to additional charges.

Refund Policy:

We strive to deliver services that meet or exceed your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Failure to deliver services as agreed upon in the project scope.

Significant defects or errors in the final deliverables that render them unusable.

Cancellation of the project by AlienMonkey LLC due to unforeseen circumstances or inability to fulfill the agreement.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval and will be issued using the original method of payment.

Delivery Policy:

All completed websites will be delivered electronically to the client’s specified domain or hosting platform. Delivery timelines will vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project, as well as any additional services requested. We will communicate estimated delivery dates during the initial consultation and provide updates throughout the development process.

Return Policy:

As a service-based company, AlienMonkey LLC does not offer physical goods for sale. Therefore, a return policy is not applicable to our services.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel their project or subscription with AlienMonkey LLC under the following conditions:

Written notice of cancellation is provided at least 30 days prior to the scheduled launch date.

Any outstanding payments for services rendered must be settled before cancellation is finalized.

Refunds for cancellations will be subject to the terms outlined in our refund policy.

Please note that cancellation of a project may result in the forfeiture of any work completed up to that point, and additional fees may apply for terminating the agreement prematurely.
